D. (i), (v), (iv), (ii), (iii), (vi)

Explanation:
In the Five Kingdom Classification, Kingdoms are divided into some subgroups. The following chart is showing the hierarchy.

If we arrange the subgroups from general to specific it will be : KIngdom, Phylum, calss, Order, Family, Genus, Species.
In this classification, all living organism are divided into 5 kingdom. They are:

  • Kingdom Monera
  • Kingdom Protesta
  • Kingdom Fungi
  • Kingdom Plantae
  • Kingdom Animalia
Following chart showing the scientific classification of Cat and Leopard.
If we arrange the data general to particular, from the above table, it is clear that, it will be :
(1)Animal(i) [Kingdom Animalia]
(2) Vertebrate(v) [Phylum Chordata]
(3) Mammal(iv) [Class Mammalia]
Hence, the right answer will be Option (D).

**In fact, we can reach the correct answer without knowing the above complex data.
  • In A. B, C, D, the first is (i). Hence, we ignore (i).
  • All mammals are vertebrate but all vertebrates are not mammal (e.g. bird is vertebrate but not mammal). So, 1st vertebrate and then mammal.
  • In option A and C, there are first (iv)mammal then (v)vertebrate.
Hence, Options A and C are incorrect.
  • Leopard is a species. So, it should be after vertebrate and mammal.
But, in Options (C), (iii)Leopard is before (v)vertebrate and (iv)mammal.
    So, option (C) is incorrect.
  • Therefore, option (D) is correct.
